Hotel Unfiltered provides hotel discovery, guest-review analysis, TravelDNA preference matching and booking access. We do not own or operate the hotels. Our principal booking technology partner is Nuitée Travel Limited, operating LiteAPI. Payment arrangements and the applicable room conditions are disclosed during booking. Booking help and your rights

For changes, cancellations, refunds or a problem with a reservation, use the contact route in your booking confirmation or contact us. Read our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in this notice limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content and privacy

Our original content and third-party hotel and review material have different rights holders. See Copyright & Content Concerns to report a concern. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Your Privacy Choices explain personal-information practices and available choices.

Hosting

The platform uses Render hosting services.

Flight bookings

Where available, flight reservations use Nuitée’s LiteAPI service and flights are operated by the airlines identified in the itinerary. Hotel Unfiltered is not an airline.
