Personal-information requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also ask us to delete your TravelDNA profile or account information, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

California residents

Hotel Unfiltered does not sell personal information for money. California residents may exercise applicable rights to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

How to make a request

Email legal@hotelunfiltered.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough information to identify the relevant account or booking. We may ask for information to verify your identity before processing the request. Authorised agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
