Cookie choices

Personal-information requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also ask us to delete your TravelDNA profile or account information, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

California residents

Hotel Unfiltered does not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures may still count as a sale or sharing under privacy law. Where applicable, you can request an opt-out of sale or sharing by emailing legal@hotelunfiltered.com, and refuse optional tracking in Cookie Settings. California residents may also exercise applicable rights to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Emails and saved preferences

Use the unsubscribe link in optional update emails, including newsletter messages after you have confirmed a newsletter subscription, to stop those messages. Essential booking and account-security messages may still be sent. Newsletter consent is separate from account price-alert or review-insight preferences. You can also request deletion of saved preferences using the contact below.

How to make a request

Email legal@hotelunfiltered.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough information to identify the relevant account or booking. We may ask for information to verify your identity before processing the request. Authorised agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
