These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hotel Unfiltered website and services (“Service”) provided by:

By accessing or using Hotel Unfiltered, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Payment Disclosure: Payments for hotel bookings are processed by Nuitee Travel (trading as LiteAPI), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Hotel Unfiltered earns a commission on bookings; this commission never affects hotel rankings.
1. Service Description
Hotel Unfiltered is a hotel discovery and booking platform that provides AI-powered review analysis, hotel rankings, personalized travel recommendations (TravelDNA), and hotel booking facilitation. The Service aggregates publicly available guest reviews and uses algorithmic analysis to produce insights such as “Best For” and “Avoid If” tags, fit scores, and review summaries.
Hotel reservations made through Hotel Unfiltered are fulfilled by Nuitee Travel (trading as LiteAPI), which acts as the merchant of record. When you complete a booking, your payment is processed by Nuitee Travel. The charge on your bank statement will appear as “NUITEE” or “NUITEE TRAVEL.”
2. Use License
Subject to these Terms, Hotel Unfiltered grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, specifically:
- Searching for and viewing hotel information, ratings, and reviews.
- Using analytical tools (TravelDNA, fit scores, review insights) to inform personal travel decisions.
- Completing hotel bookings for personal travel.
You may not:
- Use the Service or its data for any commercial, resale, or redistributive purpose without prior written consent.
- Systematically extract, scrape, harvest, or reproduce hotel data, review summaries, ratings, or analytical outputs.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when using the Service.
3. Prohibition of Scraping & Automated Access
Any automated extraction of AI review summaries, vibe rankings, hotel data, pricing information, or any other content from the Service is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to web scraping, API abuse, data harvesting, use of bots or crawlers (other than legitimate search engine crawlers), or any form of unauthorised automated data collection. Violators will be subject to immediate termination of access and may face legal action including claims for damages.
4. Intellectual Property
The “Guest Fit” ranking methodology, “TravelDNA” profiling system, and “Unfiltered” visual identity are proprietary trade secrets of Hotel Unfiltered Co., Ltd. All content, design elements, algorithms, ranking systems, and analytical outputs are protected by copyright and trade secret law. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any proprietary elements is prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties — Price Data & Analytics
Hotel Unfiltered provides hotel rankings, review analysis, pricing data, and AI-generated insights on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Specifically, we do not warrant that:
- Pricing data displayed on the Service is accurate, current, or complete at the time of viewing. Room prices are provided by Nuitee Travel / LiteAPI and may change between the time of display and the time of booking. The binding price is the one shown on the final booking confirmation page.
- Review analysis and AI-generated content (including fit scores, “Best For”/“Avoid If” tags, review summaries, and TravelDNA matching) is error-free or reflects the current state of any hotel. These outputs are algorithmically derived from publicly available guest reviews and may not capture recent changes to a property.
- Hotel availability shown on the Service is guaranteed. Availability is subject to real-time confirmation by the hotel and booking partner.
You acknowledge that all booking and travel decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hotel Unfiltered Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Hotel Unfiltered (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
7. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds
Hotel Unfiltered acts as an intermediary connecting you with Nuitee Travel for booking purposes. We do not set hotel prices, cancellation policies, or refund terms.
- Cancellation: Policies vary by hotel and rate type. The applicable cancellation policy is always displayed before you confirm your booking.
- Refunds: Refund requests for cancellable bookings are handled by Nuitee Travel as merchant of record. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- Right of withdrawal: Under EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16(l), accommodation services with a specific date of performance are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Commission Disclosure
Hotel Unfiltered earns a commission on bookings made through the platform. This commission is paid by our booking partner (Nuitee Travel) and is never added to the price you pay. Commissions do not influence hotel rankings, which are determined solely by guest reviews, algorithmic analysis, and your search criteria.
9. Transparency & Anti-Circumvention Statement
Hotel Unfiltered is committed to full transparency with users, search engines, and advertising platforms. We explicitly affirm that:
- No cloaking: All visitors to hotelunfiltered.com — whether human users, search engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot), or advertising verification bots (AdsBot-Google) — are served the identical HTML content from the same server with no User-Agent-based differentiation, conditional redirects, or alternate rendering paths.
- No deceptive redirects: The Service does not employ sneaky redirects, hidden redirects, or any mechanism that sends users to a destination different from what was indicated by the clicked link. All navigation is transparent and user-initiated.
- No hidden content: We do not employ CSS techniques (such as text-indent, zero font-size, or colour-matching) to hide text from users while making it visible to crawlers. All content displayed to crawlers is equally visible to human users.
- Honest advertising: Our Google Ads landing pages accurately represent the content and services available on the site. The destination URL, display URL, and ad content are consistent with the actual landing page experience.
10. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. When you create an account via magic link authentication, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, as it serves as the sole authentication method. We do not store passwords. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to your use of Hotel Unfiltered shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
12. Complaint Procedure
If you have a complaint about our Service, please contact raphael@hotelunfiltered.com. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
13. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)
If we cannot resolve your complaint, EU residents may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
