Hotel Unfiltered's software, branding, interface, original text and original analysis are owned by Hotel Unfiltered LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, systematically extract or use substantial portions of this material without permission, except where law permits.

Third-party material

Hotel names, trademarks, images, property information and guest-review material may belong to hotels, suppliers, reviewers or other rights holders. Their use on Hotel Unfiltered does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless stated.

Reporting a concern

If you believe material on the service infringes your copyright or other rights, or is inaccurate, unlawful or otherwise concerning, email legal@hotelunfiltered.com. Include your name and contact details, the page or URL, a description of the material, the basis for your request and any supporting information. We may ask for more information to evaluate the request.

Counter-notices

If you believe your material was removed or restricted in error, contact the same address with the relevant page, an explanation and supporting information. We will review notices in accordance with applicable law; submitting a notice does not guarantee a particular result.
