Cookie Policy
Effective date: 18 September 2026
This policy explains how Hotel Unfiltered LLC uses cookies and similar technologies. For personal-information practices, read our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can store or retrieve information from your device. Some are necessary for the service to work; others help us understand use of the service when you choose to allow them.
2. Necessary technologies
We use necessary cookies or local storage for functions such as remembering your cookie preference, maintaining a secure session, preventing fraud, protecting forms and keeping core site features working. These cannot be switched off through our preference controls, although you can configure your browser to block them. Doing so may prevent some features from working.
3. Optional analytics and measurement
Optional tracking includes our first-party measurement, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising UET. These tools are activated after the “Accept all” choice and can measure visits, interactions, bookings and campaign performance. Google consent settings also enable advertising personalisation. Providers may process identifiers and device information under their own privacy policies, linked in our Privacy Policy. We do not activate optional technologies merely because you visit the site.
4. Storage used by the site
- hu_cookie_consent: stores your choice for up to one year.
- Sign-in: access and refresh cookies last up to one hour and 30 days respectively; Google sign-in state lasts up to ten minutes. Signing out clears active sign-in credentials. Some sign-in and booking-flow information is kept in tab storage.
- Saved preferences: local storage keeps account display information and preferences for features you use. Browser storage can remain until cleared or removed by the relevant feature.
- Optional measurement: first-party visit and campaign identifiers use tab storage; Google and Microsoft may set their own identifiers after consent. Their cookies and expiry settings can vary by product and configuration.
5. Your choices
You can accept, reject or change optional-cookie choices in Cookie Settings. Choose “Reject all” to withdraw optional-cookie consent. See also Your Privacy Choices. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not remove information already processed before withdrawal, where processing was lawful.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our technologies or legal obligations change. Questions: legal@hotelunfiltered.com.
